Our Guarantee
If you complete either our MasterPlus Program or Certification Prep & Review course and do not pass the national or international board certification exam (CBSPD, CRCST, or IPACSS), we will provide you with the opportunity to retake the course free of charge until you pass. Your satisfaction and success are our top priorities.
How It Works
- Complete the Course: Successfully complete the MasterPlus Program or Certification Prep & Review course, ensuring that you actively participate and engage with all the provided materials and assessments.
- Attempt the Exam: Take the national or international board certification exam (CBSPD, CRCST, or IPACSS) within 90 days of completing the course.
- Submit Proof: If you do not pass the exam, submit your exam results to Blue Oak Institute within 30 days of receiving them.
- Retake the Course: Once we receive your exam results, we will grant you access to retake the same course free of charge until you pass the exam.
Terms and Conditions
– The Written Guarantee is applicable only to learners who have completed all course requirements, including assessments and practice exams, for the MasterPlus Program or Certification Prep & Review course.
– Learners must take the national or international board certification exam (CBSPD, CRCST, or IPACSS) within 90 days of completing the course to be eligible for the guarantee.
– Exam results must be submitted to SteriBoost within 30 days of receiving them.
– The guarantee covers the retake of the same course only and does not apply to different courses or programs.
– This offer is non-transferable and only applies to the original learner who enrolled in the course.
