Refund Policy

General Refund Policy Guidelines

1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe from the date of purchase.

2. Processing Fee: A standard processing fee of 10-15% may be applied to all refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Certain services and products are non-refundable, particularly once they have been accessed or used.

4. Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted through a designated online form.

5. Approval and Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Specific Service Refund Policies

1. Continuing Education / CPD

   – Full Refund: Available within 30 days of purchase if the course has not been completed or the final exam has not been attempted.

   – Partial Refund: If a course has been partially completed, a prorated refund will be provided based on the percentage of the course completed. For example:

     – If 25% of the course has been accessed, 75% of the purchase price will be refunded.

     – A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. MasterPlus Program

   – Full Refund: Available within 30 days if no more than 3 contact hours have been completed.

   – Partial Refund: Refunds are prorated based on the number of contact hours completed. For instance, if 10 out of 40 contact hours have been completed, 75% of the purchase price will be refunded.

   – A 10% processing fee applies to the refunded amount.

3. Certification Prep & Review

   – Full Refund: Within 30 days if less than 25% of the included courses or content has been accessed.

   – Partial Refund: Refunds are calculated based on the percentage of the course accessed. For example, if 50% of the content is accessed, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.

   – A 10% processing fee applies to the refunded amount.

4. SPD-VR Training

   – Full Refund: Within 14 days of purchase if the VR training has not been initiated.

   – Partial Refund: Refunds are prorated based on the sessions or modules completed. For example, if 3 out of 10 modules are completed, 70% of the purchase price will be refunded.

   – A 15% processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Exam Prep Toolkit

   – Full Refund: Available within 48 hours of purchase if no exams or practice materials have been accessed.

   – Partial Refund: Refunds are calculated based on the number of practice exams or tools used. For instance, if 2 out of 5 practice exams are used, 60% of the purchase price will be refunded.

   – A 10% processing fee applies to the refunded amount.

6. SteriCast Subscriptions

   – Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds once the subscription period has started. Cancellation must occur before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

   – Annual Subscriptions: Refund within 30 days if no more than 10% of the content has been accessed. Refunds will be prorated based on the months remaining in the subscription year.

   – A 10% processing fee applies to the refunded amount.

7. SPT Refresher Program

   – Full Refund: Available within 30 days if less than 25% of the content has been accessed.

   – Partial Refund: Refunds are prorated based on the percentage of content accessed. For instance, if 50% of the content is accessed, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.

   – A 10% processing fee applies to the refunded amount.

Process for Refund Requests

Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through a designated online form.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the approval of the request.
